Daddy just isn't very quick on the uptake...

What's that you say, looks like Daddy spilled juice on his shirt...not so fast my friends!!! Whilst preparing for wash time, daddy misjudged the lack of diaper time, which by this time, he should know better...long story short, daddy needed a new shirt, Mishka giggled after scaring daddy with pee.



Mishka update! She's talking like crazy, and has gotten very smiley throughout the day, much more awake and aware, which is very cool!

Nursery, part 1

Below is a picture of Mishka's cute slippers, but what is more significant is the fact that she's stretched out in her bassonette, and her feet have gone over the edge, meaning...

it was time for Marina to get her crib! This is her first night sleep (last night) in her crib and as you can see, she likes to stretch out as much as possible!! This also means that Mishka got her own room finally...they'll be more pics with the house changes shortly :)

I think she's dreaming about doing abdominal crunches here, I dunno ;)

Mishka update

Hello all!
Mishka's quickly closing in on 3 months of life, and she's having a fun and boisterous time along the way! She's smiling, talking, and gurgling with regularity and sleeping with much less regularity throughout the day, so there's more playtime. She totally getting into her toys, she laughs and talks at them! And she's on the verge of figuring out what her hands and feet are and what they're used for (side note: she accidentally grabbed hold of my arm when I was clicking her into her seat today and pulled it towards her, it was SO COOL...she then proceeded to gnaw on my arm like a pacificer, but that's beside the point :)). Mommy and Daddy are working hard on their new room so Mishka can have her own room...that project will likely be finished in the next couple of weeks. She's excited to have her own room so she can design it to the specs that she wants ;)

Here's Babi cuddling lil' Mishka after an evening feeding! Mishka loves cuddle time with her Babi :)

Uncle Jon and Mishka are all decked out in their patriotic gear (Mishka's onesy says "Little Firecracker"), I think Uncle Jon was a bit amazed at how big Mishka's gotten so quickly!!!

Uncle Nico was pulling super-poppa duty (not see in this pic!) AND "da Godfatha" duty on the 4th, and still had time to wave a flag for the passing parade!

Mishka got to meet Mrs. Portnoy over at the club...I think Mrs. Portnoy enjoy the meeting ;)
